Welcome to the Homepage of Alan Wang, the next generation of Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty in Cupertino.  Alan is a Stanford Certified Program Manager (SCPM) and a MBA Candidate at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business class of 2011.  Alan was awarded the Keller Williams Top Associate in Closed Volume in 2009 and was ranked in the top 5 out of 450+ agents at his office.  Simply put, if you want the best for your friends and family go with the best.

Alan specializes in representing his clients in transactions involving the buying and selling of property.  Born and raised in the Bay Area, Alan is a native to the area and familiar with the climate and aspects of Real Estate in the region.  Having lived in San Jose, Saratoga, Cupertino and Milpitas you can be assured that if there is a home that fits your needs, or one that needs to be listed, he can make the transaction a simple and seamless process.  His clients span the entire Santa Clara County as well as Alameda and San Mateo Counties.

Humble Beginnings

Alan first began in the Real Estate industry as a telemarketer for Contempo Realty in 1996.  Learning that cold calling was not an effective way to win customers, he is striving to build his business on the basis of his clients and their referrals.  In having bad experiences in his own Real Estate transactions, he began to realize that many agents and brokers have lost sight of the single most important aspects of their work, which should be their clients.

Values and Background

Alan’s career has led him into diverse areas of the high-tech industry within the Silicon Valley.  Alan has a background in Business MIS and has held positions in both IT and Engineering.  Having worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Linkedin, Google, Cisco and Sun Microsystems his job functions have always been service oriented.  You can also rest assured that he will use the latest and greatest technological innovations to market or search for your home.  Alan brings a high level of service as a Realtor® and is extremely sensitive to the fact that buying and selling a home is a very emotional process.  This is why Alan is dedicated to providing his service with honesty, loyalty, constant communication, sensitivity and top quality.

Language Arsenal

Alan is fluent in four languages; English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Spanish.  With this language arsenal, not only is it more convenient in dealing with diverse Realtors® in the field, he is also a bridge between all generations of the customers that he serves.  Not only is he well versed in languages, but he is also well aware of the cultural importance of people from different backgrounds around the world.  Being born in the United States; he is also very in tune with the significance of being an American and the way of doing business in the United States.  Rest assured that he is the best of both worlds, which is an enormous skill in dealing with a population as diverse as that of the Bay Area.
